c. Payment Terms
A partial or full advance payment is required before project initiation.
Remaining balances must be paid as per the terms outlined in the invoice.

d. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Due to the nature of our services and instant delivery of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns. However, refunds and cancellations may be considered under specific conditions as detailed in our policy. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
